For the aioli: Combine all of the ingredients, and mix thoroughly. Put the aioli sauce in the refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes.
For the sheet pan: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Break off the tough ends of the asparagus and rinse well.
Put aluminum foil on a sheet pan.
Slice the andouille sausage, then add it to the pan.
Take asparagus and put it in a bowl. Add olive oil, salt and pepper, and mix well.
Add the asparagus to the pan in a row next to the sausage. Bake for 10 minutes.
Now add the shrimp in a row next to the sausage and asparagus. Sprinkle Old Bay over the shrimp, sausage, and asparagus. Add some lemon slices for garnish.
Bake for 6-7 minutes.
Top the asparagus with some grated parmesan cheese.
