  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees
  • Finely chop the dill and parsley.
  • Gather the dijon mustard, yogurt, parsley, dill weed, lemon juice, and salt and pepper.
  • Mix those together.
  • Place the salmon with the skin side down on a baking sheet.
  • Before putting the salmon in your oven, spread the herbed Greek yogurt sauce on the salmon filets.
  • Cook for 16 minutes if you're cooking a side of salmon, but filets should take about 8 minutes.
  • They're ready when they are opaque and at an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
  • Garnish with lemon wedges
