Preheat the oven to 450 degrees
Finely chop the dill and parsley.
Gather the dijon mustard, yogurt, parsley, dill weed, lemon juice, and salt and pepper.
Mix those together.
Place the salmon with the skin side down on a baking sheet.
Before putting the salmon in your oven, spread the herbed Greek yogurt sauce on the salmon filets.
Cook for 16 minutes if you're cooking a side of salmon, but filets should take about 8 minutes.
They're ready when they are opaque and at an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
