Ingredients
  

  • 4 ears corn shucked
  • .5 cup mayo
  • .5 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • .5 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • .5 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 4 lime wedges

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill to the max setting at 510 degrees.
  • Shuck corn, and rub each ear with cooking oil or olive oil.
  • Grill corn for 12 minutes, 6 minutes on each side.
  • Combine the mayo, sour cream, garlic, onion powder, cilantro, lime zest, lime juice, and chili powder in a medium-sized bowl.
  • When the corn is browned and done, remove it from the grill.
  • Brush each ear of corn with the mixture, then add crumbled feta cheese.
  • Serve with lime wedges.
  • Enjoy!
