- 4 ears corn shucked
- .5 cup mayo
- .5 cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- .5 cup cilantro chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- .5 cup feta cheese crumbled
- 4 lime wedges
Preheat the grill to the max setting at 510 degrees.
Shuck corn, and rub each ear with cooking oil or olive oil.
Grill corn for 12 minutes, 6 minutes on each side.
Combine the mayo, sour cream, garlic, onion powder, cilantro, lime zest, lime juice, and chili powder in a medium-sized bowl.
When the corn is browned and done, remove it from the grill.
Brush each ear of corn with the mixture, then add crumbled feta cheese.
Serve with lime wedges.
