1. Round up the deviled ham, eggs, cheddar cheese, cream or milk, and breadcrumbs.
2. Spray 2 ramekin dishes with cooking oil, then go on to layer the ingredients in them, starting with the breadcrumbs, followed by a few drops of cream or milk, then crack an egg on top of that in each one.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover the eggs with cheddar cheese, add a layer of deviled ham, then some cream or milk again. Then do another layer of cheese, deviled ham, then cream.
4. Top it with more cheese, then sprinkle the top with bread crumbs. Put the dishes in the oven set at 390 degrees for 15 minutes. (Bake it for 2 more minutes if you want the eggs to be cooked more thoroughly)
5. Let it cool for a few minutes, then use a knife to scrape the inside edges of the ramekin, so it will be easier to get the food out of the dish to eat it.
