Equipment

  • 2 Ramekin dishes Or you can use a muffin tin

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/8 Cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 Can Deviled ham
  • 1/8 Cup Cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 1. Round up the deviled ham, eggs, cheddar cheese, cream or milk, and breadcrumbs.
  • 2. Spray 2 ramekin dishes with cooking oil, then go on to layer the ingredients in them, starting with the breadcrumbs, followed by a few drops of cream or milk, then crack an egg on top of that in each one.
  • 3. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover the eggs with cheddar cheese, add a layer of deviled ham, then some cream or milk again. Then do another layer of cheese, deviled ham, then cream.
  • 4. Top it with more cheese, then sprinkle the top with bread crumbs. Put the dishes in the oven set at 390 degrees for 15 minutes. (Bake it for 2 more minutes if you want the eggs to be cooked more thoroughly)
  • 5. Let it cool for a few minutes, then use a knife to scrape the inside edges of the ramekin, so it will be easier to get the food out of the dish to eat it.
