  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • Heat the cooking oil and butter in a skillet.
  • Add the diced onion mushrooms and stir. Now add the garlic, and stir for about 30 seconds.
  • Add the pork chops, pushing the other ingredients aside in the skillet. Cook until brown on each side.
  • Mix the soup, milk, and  Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
  • Once the sauce is mixed thoroughly, pour it over the pork chops and sauce.
  • Put the pork chops, onion, and garlic in a baking dish.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes until the pork reaches an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees.
  • Garnish with parsley.
  • Enjoy!
